I am looking for a 3 room HDB resale flat at Tampines, Simei, Sengkang region.

I am married and my wife is holding long term visit pass.
My monthly income is 5K.
CPF OA is about 250K.
Intend to use all CPF and minimum cash.

Any recommendation ?

Hi Mr Boon

The first thing you may want to do is to apply for a loan.

You may apply for a HDB loan which I am assuming that you are a Singaporean. Otherwise, a bank loan.
