I am looking between a penthouse in Parc Rosewood or a dual key penthouse unit in The Nautical.

Budget around 1.5mil

Have not decided if it is for own stay or for rental. But if it is for rental/investment, which would be the better option?

Parc Rosewood will be a better choice.

Why Parc Rosewood?
1) Shopping amenities nearby such as Woodlands Civil Centre, Causeway Point, 888 Plaza, Woodgrove Food Centre and Market.
2) Woodlands Regional Centre (WRC)
- new office and retail development spring up at WRC
3) Woodlands Waterfront
4) Good Schools around the area, such as Innova Pri Sch, Si Ling Pri Sch, Innova JC, Republic Poly, Singapore Amercian Sch, Singapore Sports Sch.
5) Upcoming Thomson Line
