I am looking at buying a resale flat at Seng Kang? im looking at COV $10 000 and below. I do not need the MRT amenities / shopping areas/ Simple reno as I am driving. Should you have any units - fire sales , any COV higher than $10000 will not be considerable. Combined CPF is about Estimated $150K , do not want to come out with too much cash.
