I am leasing a room in an HDB and I am representing myself (no agent). The landlords agent told me to go pay the stamp duty by myself. How do I proceed to pay the stamp duty? Do I need any documents from the landlord other than the tenancy agreement.

Hi, you can go to www.iras.gov.sg to pay for the stamp duty. It's relatively simple, just follow the questions step by step. Payment has to be made online. Hope this helps and if you have any other queries, please feel free to contact me at 9139 1247  . Cheers, Michelle Read More
