Is the current property solely own by your husband or is there other joint owners? If it is under Joint Tenancy, if one co-owner dies, the surviving owner automatically takes sole ownership of the whole property. For property under tenancy in common, if he does not have a will prepared to manage his assets upon passing on, the management of his assets will be based on the intestate law of Singapore. Otherwise, it will be based on the will he has made prior is departure.
