I am intending to sell my flat in short time and searching for a resale . I have many questions which I search around the INTERNET, and is intending to attend the HDB resale seminar for more knowledge. After all I will want to engage a Property agent to do everything for me.
Must I or can I engage more than one representative PA to sell my house? And vice versa.
Is the 1% commission thing be paid by both party? As in if I sell my existing house via the PA contact, I pay 1% and the buyer pay 1% vice versa.
And I understand that the buyer of the flat is liable for the money paid for the Valuation, am I correct to say this?
