yes you can buy a private property (only condominiums)in Singapore. For landed properties, you can only purchase those in Sentosa.

The mortgage loan will depend on yr financial status and it will be best to speak to a banker first for a non-obligation discussion.

Yes, you can definately buy property in Singapore.

Yes, you can get mortgage loan, however, i thought i will be best if you can talk to bankers and they give you better advise.
