I am in touch with your agents. Yet i wanted to clear one question.

My husband and I have received our PR.We want to buy and EA. His career move may take him to another country. In this case if after buying an EA, can we rent out our apartment even if we have not completed 3 years of stay. Please clarify as our decision is based on this factor.

Again we want to rent out our EA if at all we are moving out of Singapore.

Hi Prakash,

You can rent out the whole unit if your family need to relocate to another country due to work commitment. However, you still need to fufill the 3 years MOP should you want to sell in future and the time that you spent oversea will not be taken into account.
