I am going to divorce with my wife. We will be selling off our 4rooms HDB. After that is it possible for me to buy HDB from the resale market if myself cannot get the children custody? Any way other way can buy a resale HDB? I'm Singapore PR. Thanks!

Sorry, You are not eligible to buy HDB resale flat since you are Singapore PR . Single Singapore PR cant buy HDB resale. But you can think about buying EC which is 5 years older. Read More

Evening Carson, Given your situation, you will not be eligible to purchase resale HDB unit unless you obtain the custody of your child who is SC or PR. Therefore, your next alternative will be private property. FYI Mike Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
