I am exploring a career as a property agent, and have a background in marketing.
I would like to know what are some of the major challenges (maybe the top 2 or top 3 issues or problems) that property agents such as yourself face in this industry.

There are plenty of challenges, however, these challenges can be overcome with proper planning and guidance.

While bigger agencies seem to have more opportunities, be it more new launch projects or training program, the key thing is always whether your team leader or manager has time for you in terms of coaching and following up activities. Read More
