I am eligible to buy a 4 rooms or bigger unit as my last was a 3 rooms unit and I will be taking a HDB loan. Is the COV lower for 5 rooms? The reason I asked is because I am cash tight but can afford valuation of up to 400K. I am interested in Pasir Ris and or around the eastern areas.
