Yes, you can buy a resale unit if you are above 35 years old under the Single Scheme. If you have custody of your children, you can buy under the Public Scheme.
If you buying a property, you will need to understand the value of the property. If you buy a property that is above the valuation, then, there will be cash to be paid. A experience agent will be able to help you in your search and minimise the buyers from paying cash over value.
