I am divorced with 2 kids. I own a 4 rm flat together with my younger sister but i wish to sell the house to her and decides to move out. Am i eligble to purchase a 3rm flat?

Firstly, is your sister eligible to purchase the unit from you? Is it within her affordability?
Secondly, are the kids under your custody, care and control? Are you PR or SC?
