I am currently staying in an EA in Edgefield Plains. With the news on the upcoming shopping mall, completed waterway, building of international school coupled with the overwhelmed response of private and EC launches recently, what do you think of the resale prices moving trend going ahead? What about the prices of EA especially? Will there still be demand for EA flat in Punggol? If I am looking at a price of 600k for a 5th floor unit, what are the chances of securing a buyer?

Hi Ken,

Are you marketing through any agent for your unit?

I believe demand should be healthy for EA in the area, especially so when HDB has stopped the production of EA currently. There is a shortage of such units for a certain group of buyers who needs space but are unable to afford private properties. Perhaps if I can share more of my knowledge with you, we can discuss on how achievable is your unit at $600k.

Let me know as I will be visiting a few units there with my buyer today and tomorrow.
