I am currently staying in a 5rm HDB flat and was thinking of upgrading but i do not have the cash to pay the 5% booking fee. Can i do a bridging loan for purchase of EC or DBSS properties?

Hi Richard,

Bridging loan normally only cover the CPF portion.

If you are thinking of booking an EC unit, you can consider taking Deferred payment scheme.

I can get a banker to explain to you more on this issue.
