I am marketing a unit for COV of $60k in Punggol now, however, your concern should be on the final selling price as COV only plays a small part of contribution to your final cash proceeds.

The current estimated valuation ranges from $400k to $450k, with COV asking of $35k to $60k. This is dependent on your units' level, location, facing and condition.

Hi Lil,

Currently, you should be able to get at least $30k cov for a 4 room in Punggol, it can be as high as $60k depending on your condition and level.

Valuation should be between $400k to $450k.

The COV from a good location can be as high as $50-70k(depends on the renovation, location, levels).
