I am currently residing at Punggol (MOP at October 2017). However, my husband and I would like to appeal for the permission to sell our current place as we would like to purchase a resale flat at Bukit Gombak or Boon Lay. This is because we wish to stay near our parents for taking care of our child and both of us works full time in the West. May I know if such appeal is feasible?
