I am currently living in a 5-room flat in Pasir Ris with my wife and 2 children. I've been unable to find a job since I was retrenched in Dec09.But my wife is still working.I still have a substantial amount (abt 200k)of bank loan to furnish. My CPF is depleting very fast. I am looking to downgrade to a smaller flat. My question is am I able to get a bank loan without a regular job? Understandibly my credit rating will also be quite bad.. I am sure. Need advice desperately.
