Afternoon,

Valuation for EA in Sengkang can range from $500k to $550k, with cash asking of around $50k cash.
Valuation for EA in Hougang can range from $560k to $600k, with cash asking of around $40k plus.
At the current moment, there ain't much unit on sales in Punggol.
