How is the financing of the current HDB being done? Are you a Singapore Citizen? The main factor here is that you are not in a position to decide if you can withdraw your name from the current HDB, but will require HDB to approve the withdrawal. Unless there is a strong case supporting your withdrawal, it is quite likely that withdrawal will only be approved once MOP is met, and you will need to ensure that your mother will have the necessary finances to not only take over the financing of this HDB on her own, but she will also need to refund to you all the CPF monies you have utilised for this HDB including the accrued interest.
Should HDB allow you to withdraw your name now within the MOP, it is also advisable to check if you are eligible to purchase another HDB immediately or if there is a window period barring you from purchasing a HDB.
