I am currently a joint tenant , together with my parents, of an HDB flat. I have applied for my own flat, and thus need to withdraw my name from my current flat before my new flat is ready. I would like to find out how the whole prodedure for withdrawing my name is like? do I need to engage a lawyer or hdb will engage one? How much legal fee will be needed?
