Evening Andy,

You will need to check a few things:
1) Is the unit purchased with grant or directly purchased from HDB?
2) Does your parents have enough funding to repay the amount of CPF contributed by your, along with the interest?
3) If there's insufficient funding, can your parents obtain mortgage loan to resolve it?

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.

    1) Not sure on this. Should be with grant as I remember the HDB staff told me my first chance is used.
    2) No. They does not have sufficient CPF
    3) No. They are not working so I don't think they can loan.
