I am considering to explore the opportunity to getting into the real estate agency to earn some much needed $. I stay in the west at off bukit timah

Which company should i consider joining? My inteerst is in buy/sell and may be renting of hdb apratments and condo.

I know the exams and related stuff, any more pointers and guidance?

Hi,

You have to set aside about 6-month personal cum marketing expenses if you intend to join as full time real estate professional because the collection of commission is at least 3-month after you manage to transact.

Besides, finding a mentor to coach and guide is important as well. That determine how successful you will be and how far you can grow.
