I am buying a EC under deferred payment scheme, and I am paying the first 20% by cash, do I need to take up loan at purchase now or 2 years later before TOP?
I understand that I need to engage a real estate layer to the S&P agreement 1.5 months after purchase, can I take any lawyer or must be aligned with the bank's panel ? If not , I was told I have to pay for the lawyers twice... Another time for the lawyer dictated by the bank... Is this true ?
