I am buying 3-rm resale flat as single scheme. What happen if I am planning marriage in 2 to 3 yrs time after buying the flat as single scheme?

Can I sell it and buy another resale flat with my future husband?

Can I just add my future husband name in it?

Morning Jacquelin,

If you were to purchase a resale unit today, you have to fulfill the MOP requirement before you are eligible to sell your unit back into the market. Hence if you get married in 2 to 3 years time, the possible option is to add your spouse as occupier / owner or do nothing at all, market your unit upon MOP and purchase another unit under both names.
