I am below 35 years old and married a non-citizen spouse.
She is expecting and plan to deliver in Singapore.
When my child obtains SC, I believe I have formed a family nucleus.

Other than Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme, what other schemes am I eligible for?
Am I then eligible for BTO / SBF ? (note that i am still below 35 years old)

Hi,

If you have a Singaporean Child, you will fall under Public Scheme. Whether you are eligible for BTO depends on your eligibility conditions, i.e income ceiling, how many times subsidised flat you had gotten etc.
