i am below 20 years as of this year and married to a foreigner who is holding a S-pass.We are a singapore citizen child.Are we able to buy a HDB house?

Morning,

Under open scheme, you must be 21 years and above to be eligible under Non-citizen spouse scheme. Hence I'm afraid you might need to wait it out.
