Commercial portals require their registered users to pay a premium for the usage. For DIY sellers, advertising on the papers or other free advertising portal are your only options. Hi Esther, I'm sorry that you can't list your property over here as this portal is more for those paid subscriber. However you could do so thru newspaper or those free website like the Gumtree. I would also be most glad to assist you further as I stayed at Tampines area right besides the Tampines Hub and I am very focus around this district.

Is engaging the services of a real estate professional salesperson an option in the marketing of your Tampines HDB for sale? Otherwise, what are the concerns stopping you from engaging someone who have the inside out knowledge of the entire chain of processes for the sale of your HDB, on top of the already developed network of marketing channels as well as partnerships we have to work on your property?
