I am Age 52. If I sell my HDB & buy a condo, will the CPF retain portion for the Minimun sum or I can use the full refund for my next purchase?

Afternoon Daniel,

As you have not reached retirement age and the upcoming purchase will be your only property, afternoon selling our HDB unit, you are not required to maintain the CPF minimum sum. Hence you are eligible to utilize all the CPF monies, both from sales of unit and whatever you have as at the moment.
