Hi Amelia,

It will be possible for you to have sole ownership if you are a Singapore citizen, as under the current regulation, only single citizens above the age of 35 can solely own a unit. Otherwise, you will be required to fulfil one of the eligibility conditions as put out by the HDB on their website:

It would be beneficial to plan our time frame well as typically, the completion period taken for HDB is slightly longer than a private property. With a dedicated team of salesperson supporting one another, it will be beneificial if we are able to assist you in your real estate requirements.
