I am about to make an offer for a resale HDB, but would like to make a background check on the seller to ensure the person is not ridden in debt and attracting unnecessary rouble to the house when I move in, how do I make such checks?

you can only based on the agent plus seel any tale sign from the unit. there is no other basic to check on the seller. Read More
