I am a SPR planning to buy a resale flat. Can I use my CPF for ABSD?

Afternoon,
SPR are only eligible to purchase resale HDB unit when they are married to another PR or SC. ABSD are applicable to PR first residential property if it's purchased with PR spouse. This component is payable via cash.
