You will likely be able to get 75% LTV based on the bank assessment of your credit rating if this is your 1st property in Singapore.

Hi,

As a SPR purchasing a first residential property in Singapore, you will be able to loan up to a maximum of 75% of the property price (or valuation price, whichever is lower), subjected to TDSR requirements.

You will need to pay a minimum of 25% as Downpayment for the purchase. 5% of this will need to be in CASH, where the balance 20% can be from your CPF.

Do note that SPR purchasing first residential property in Singapore is subjected to a 5% ABSD. This is on top of the 3-4% of BSD for all purchases.
