I am a sole owner of a hdb flat. Now I have 3 children which are married. I decided to sell partial of my house to my unmarried son. But HDB told me that I can't even though my son is eligible to buy a flat, reason is because I am the sole owner. He is a divorcee, hence unable to loan fm hdb due to cash proceed n also not eligible under the single scheme. He also does not have enough cash to buy a resale.
I was thinking is there anyway that I can sell him the whole house at a very cheap price? I do not want to transfer it to him. It will be unfair to my the other two children. Hope there is expert there to answer my question. Thank you.

Hi, I'm afraid transferring will be the only option for your case.
