1) You will entertain your guest in your sitting hall, or even overflow to the kitchen/dining area.
2) In a condominium especially those with good facilities, you can entertain them in common facilities such as a function room with swimming pools next to it.
3) You can just pay a cleaner to clean off the mess created after they left.
4) If entertain at home, you properly have to wait for your cleaner to come up to clean on the next day or even the next few days.
5) There are condominiums that come with concierge service and facilities that allow the private home chef to prepare lux meals for all your friends for change with a normal buffet.
6) You can give serious thought to what is your priority and what you really want. It is your home that only belongs to you.
