I am a single mom and has recently managed to apply for a 3 room DBSS flat from HDB. However the flat will not be ready until 2 years later.
In the meantime, I found a boy friend and he too owns a flat. We are planning to get married, will I have to surrender my flat to HDB or he will have to sell away his flat?
