I am a single citizen age 35, and my sister is a single SPR age 39. Can we joint name to buy a HDB and use both of us CPF for repayment?

Sibling scheme had been removed from the eligibility scheme. Joint single scheme need both to be single buyers who are also Singapore Citizen.
Will you be open to private market? Regulations in private market are more flexible.
