I am a Singaporean PR renting the whole 3 room flat HDB unit. Currently there are only 3 persons (My Siblings and I), all are either PR or Employee Pass Holder.
I would like to apply the FTL (Family Ties Lane) for my parents as we haven't seen each other for 2 years due to covid. My question would be, Assuming all the safe travel requirements are fulfilled, is my parent allowed to stay together with us temporarily?? Do I need to report to HDB to register them??
