I am a Singaporean, my husband is a foreigner working in singapore and holding EP. His EP will be expired in 4months. Can we buy resale Hdb now. Or we have to wait until his EP renewed ? Thanks.

Afternoon,

Based on the requirement for non-citizen spouse scheme, your spouse is required to have valid work permit at time of application if you are 35 year or older. If you are below 35, your Spouse need to be holding onto work permit with at least 6 months validity at point of submission.
