I am a Singaporean living overseas, planning to buy HDB when I relocate back. I have a cat and I really want my cat to come back with me. However, the HDB rule is that cats are not allowed. Possible that I can write to HDB for an exception? or there is any way around it? OR it is fine as long as I find a resale flat in the Chong Pang area and/or other areas that started a pilot project on keeping cats as pet?
