I am a Singaporean living in Australia for the past 22 years and planning to come back in 3 years time. Can I apply for DBSS using my CPF ($100K) and the balance will be using my husband income to settle. I am a full time housewife and our income is below $8,000 a month. I have never own any property in Singapore. Can I apply and how?
