If you intent to keep the HDB unit after the purchase of the private condo unit, you will have to pay the ABSD for the 2nd property if the new apartment is purchased under any of or your names.

Just to note, as your husband is a SPR, the ABSD for 2nd property will be 10% as the calculation will be based on the higher tier.
