Afternoon,

Are you above 35 years old? Is your partner holding EP / WP or under DP? If your partner is holding DP, it must have at least 6 months worth of validity. However, if your partner is holding WP or EP and you are under 35, I'm afraid that you might have to write in for your case, which would most likely be rejected.
