Good morning, If you are purchasing a third property together, the additional buyer's stamp duty will be 10% on top of estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty. This 10% rate is the same for SPR or SC for third and subsquent property. But do take note that because you have outstanding loan at the moment, you will only be able to obtain up to 50% loan.
