I am a Singapore PR and I am planning to buy a HDB with my husband

My question as per following:
1)how many percent of downpayment when buying a resale HDB?
2) Roughly how much is my total cash out including all the other fees for a property that cost around SGD 400,000?
3) Both husband and wife must have 3 years PR to buy the HDB in Singapore? If husband is already 6 years PR and wife only have 1 year PR. Are we eligible for the purchase?
4) What is the minimum income for purchase 4rooms or 5rooms resale hdb in Singapore?

Both SPR buyers must have fulfilled 3 years status before they are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit. As SPR buyers, you can obtain max of 80% loan with 20% as down payment.
