HI,

For Proximity housing grant for living near parent, you will only be able to go under the singles grant as family will require at least another Singapore PR or Singaporean. But having a children will definitely help.

Hi Sir,

Yes, you will be entitled to CPF Housing Grant ($20k or $25k, depending on flat type), as well as Proximity Housing Grant ($10k) if you purchase a resale flat within 4km from your parent's place.

If your child is born before your flat purchase, and is a Singapore Citizen, then you will be entitled to a Full Grant ($40k or $50k, depending on flat type), and Proximity Housing Grant ($20k).
