Dear sir/madam,

Seems that there are only 2 options at the moment:

1) Appeal to HDB and hope that approval will be granted.

2) Move back to Singapore.

As the objective of HDB is to provide affordable public housing to its citizens and residents who need a roof over their head, therefore they reserve the right not to approve any subletting from owner who have not met their MOP.
