Hi,

You are not eligible for new EC from developer as you need a SC-SPR family nucleus at the minimum and you have an overseas property. For private condos there are no such issues and you need not sell away your overseas property as well.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Good morning,

You can look at resale EC that's more than 5 years old. However, if you are looking at new EC, your spouse need to be at least SPR to qualify.

Hi there,

A new EC would be out as you own a overseas property (30 months' wait-out period even if you sell it), and husband is not an SPR.

I'd suggest you to look at resale ECs, or private condominiums in heartland areas (prices are comparable to ECs).
