I am a Singapore citizen currently residing overseas. I am married to a foreign spouse, but we do not live together and do not reside in the same city and we do not share finances. I have a child living with me who is under my sole care, and I plan to return to Singapore with my child in about 2.5 years. Could you please advise whether I am eligible to purchase an HDB flat (BTO or resale) with my child under the Public Scheme (family nucleus) without including my foreign husband in the application?
