Hi

Usually for divorce proceedings, your lawyer will be the best person to consult.

Afternoon,

Since the flat is purchased in 2009, without grant, you should have fulfilled the MOP requirement. With the court order, you are required to either obtain a mortgage loan, if you do not have enough CPF monies. The transfer can be done as transfer of ownership or as part purchase.
